I went and bought a pair of kenwood KM-X1000s today for a price that im ashamed to admit :D

And decided for kicks to bi amp my sda srs 1.2tls And they actually dont sound too bad this way.

I think Hearingimpaired is onto something :p with his Adcom-565s.

These little amps are 130 wpc into 8 ohms stereo. 270 watts into 8 ohms bridged mono.

I went ahead and bridged them mono, then hooked up a jumper between the 2 amps to the negative posts like joe did, and had my remote in one hand and a fire extingusher in the other just in case lol. But all went well thankfully.

Heres a pic of one with the top down.

REGARDS SNOW
Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

New things are always fun to try out. I glad the sound worked out too. You should try to run them two channel to both the speakers and see if that makes a difference in the sound.
