ground loop

i have a nasty ground loop that is olny bad when it is cold or humid but if it is hot it goes away plus sometimes when i hit a large bump i get this nasty sound like a big thump i think the ground loop is eather in the raido or the eq caues when i turn off the eq the amont of hum goes down quite a bit
