Wow, beautiful work, I love that finish. Did you do that yourself!?!?!

I need to get into a house so I can start stumbling my way through some of these home improvement projects...It must be nice to have things exactly as you'd like.

(hah, the payphone is cool as hell as well.)

    Thanks everybody. :)

I did have a little help about 30% of the time, but I needed his help to put the 12' boards up. The 12' boards could be warp a little so I needed to have a nail or 2-3-4-5 to help me get the board straight.

BTW the Payphone works but I need to replace the mic in the headset. But parts for Payphone are hard to find :(

The PayPhone gets a lot of interest. I take a nice picture of it tomorrow. Cost to make a call.... Hmmm whatever you would like to donate ;) It has been modified to work like any other phone pick up and dial, the ringer has been also modified to be soft. If my phone rings at 2am I didn't what my neighbors to be woken up also.

Still I been working on that door a little I painted the white trim around the door which I think makes it look a little wider. It really doesn't look so odd in person, but the ceiling is 10' the door is 30" not a 36" wide door. The door goes to a bathroom so I understand the 30" door thing overall.

A thong and grove pine V board. Stained a Red-Tone deck, fence and house stain, that's a bit of a pain to get even. Must use the foam applicator, but gives it a sheen which protects and makes it a water proof ceiling. You never know what a thunder storm may do to a porch ceiling or one of those H  storms. Yuk.

Here's a bigger picture of the Phone because I felt the love, also I fixed the phone just a bad handset connection in the phone, reseated all connections while in there. I just about dropped the phone on my foot, when I putting it back together and touched a modified chip in the phone while trying to reconnect the face cord to the base jack. All is well now so it makes a little funny story now. :D
