Going Tropical in my backyard

My several year project to go tropical in my backyard is almost done. Here's some pics I took today...
My neighbors across the street are doing a room addition so two weeks ago I had the contractors dump most of the dirt into my backyard allowing me to build a big island in the center of my yard and really expand the island near my shed. I recently planted a varity of about 15 plants / palms in those new islands and revamped my sprinkler system.
Last week I mounted two speakers up under my eves, one on each side of the back of the house powered by a surround sound receiver in my tool shed. My goal is too add two more in corners of the backyard up against the fence. Then, surround sound for those nature CD's. I've got a tropical CD playing now....so relaxing.
I plan to add more plants / palms, a few Tiki Polls and some more low-voltage lighting, then, either paint the patio frame dark brown or demo the entire thing. I took off all the 2x2's a month ago to open up the view.
Anyway, just thought I'd share as it's been a long road to get it to what it is today. It's slowly becoming my retreat.

I believe the correct wording should be: "Is that a banana in your palm, or are you just happy to see me?"Stereo Rig: Hales Revelation 3, Musical Fidelity CD-Pre 24, Forte Model 3 amp, Lexicon RT-10 SACD, MMF-5 w/speedbox, Forte Model 2 Phono Pre, Cardas Crosslink, APC H15, URC MX-950, Lovan Stand
Bedroom: Samsung HPR-4252, Toshiba HD-A2, HK 3480, Signal Cable, AQ speaker cable, Totem Dreamcatchers, SVS PB10-NSD, URC MX-850 -
I'm jealous too and that does look like a banana palm. I used to have one and was fascinated by how quickly those large leaves grow. With a yard like that I'll bet Ron's happy all the time.

Any plans to add Tropical Bikini Chicks into the fold?
Hmmm, on second thought, I think that wouldn't pass the WAF.
Looking good out there!
JohnNo excuses! -

I believe this all depends on how one is holding said banana.
Nice place btw.I know just enough to be dangerous, but don't tell my wife, she thinks I'm a genius.

I'm willing to bet a creative individual could make a pair of coconut shell enclosures. I'll just stick with my Atrium 45's.
