I started a thread last week to get several items sold, but with all the back and forth and some things selling, figured it was easiest to just start a new thread with what's left.

Polk Audio CSi40 (Black) - Price dropped to $165 SHIPPED to the CONUS. This is the larger center in the RTi series, and is a very nice center channel, in perfect condition.

Denon AVR-3803 - $sold to jawhog. There's not much I can say that you don't know, except that this particular unit is in perfect condition and comes with everything (box, manual, remote).
SPECS - http://usa.denon.com/ArchivedAVReceivers.asp?archivedModelSearch=true&clearCurrent=true&archivedCategory=AV&archivedModel=AVR-3803&imageField.x=18&imageField.y=11
REVIEW - http://www.homecinemachoice.com/reviews/hccreviews/Amplifiers/Denon/DenonAVR-3803.php

SVS 16-46PCi - $Sale Pending to SniperREX. Not sure what to say really about this one. It's big, it sounds awesome, you want it. Shipping options have been investigated, abd without the box (which I don't have), shipping this thing just isn't an option. I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance to deliver or meet someone, but I can't ship this thing.

Pictures of all the above are in my system shocase linked in my sig.

Thanks.

I haven't heard anything back on the AVR, so I'm assuming Mike has decided to pass. So the Denon AVR is officially up for grabs.

Here's the deal folks, I can hang on to the center and AVR and store those while I'm in an apartment for a year, but the sub is too big and has to go. We're doing phase 1 of the move this weekend, and I'd like to get it sold and delivered by then, though I can hang on to it until we do the rest of the move in another week.

I'm dropping the price on the sub to $450. This is ALOT of subwoofer for $450. Someone please snag this, don't make me sell it to some moron on Craigslist who's gonna try to blow it out as soon as he gets it.

I see a rating for 6 ohms in the specs, would the Denon not be suitable for driving a set of 4 ohm speakers?

I'm wondering if that's more dependent on the actual speaker. It runs my 4 ohm Bostons (towers) just fine. I also have my LSi7s hooked up right now and it's running those with no problems (though I think those are actually closer to 6 ohms even though rated at 4)

    Which speakers do you have?

Actually, a good friend of mine needs something to drive a pair of Teledyne AR9s, they are big 5 way, 4 ohm towers. He really only cares about 2 channels, so your AVR is way more than he needs, I kind of wish I could justify it for myself. Anyway, I would have to check with him to see if he's interested.

BTW, there is no assumption on my part that you will hold it until I get back to you, 1st come - 1st serve. If you would rather not sell to a non-forum member, that's fine too.

    I'd love to sell it......

But if he's only looking for 2 channels he's probably better off buying one of the H/K stereo receivers. They are probably going to be better suited for driving just a pair of speakers than the 7 channel Denon.

original post corrected, it's the AVR-3803, not ACR

Thanks jawhog for pointing that out...

The sub is being sold to SniperREX.

The center will be available for the next couple weeks, after which it will have to go into storage for a while. Price lowered to $165 SHIPPED for the center.

I was out of town over the weekend, but just wanted to report that Denon arrived safe and sound last week. I'm sure it could have been here a lot sooner, but I had urged Polkmaniac to take his time shipping since he was busy with a move and I am a few weeks out from rebuilding the HT and being ready to put it to use.
