Polk Monitor Series 5 Jr

I purchased some Polk Monitor Series 5 Jr speakers back in around 1986. I still have them and they work great. I cannot find my user manual and I am trying to sell them. The only thing that is listed on the label on the back of the speakers is a label that says "Polkaudio Monitor Series" with what appears to be a serial number "5 68762". I am trying to get spec info on these speakers. I only believe they are 5 Jrs because that is what I seem to recall. Can anyone tell me how to determine for sure that they are 5 Jrs or just 5s? Any idea what they are worth? Can anyone provide me with the spec info or tell me how to find out?
