The bass in War of the Worlds flexed my doors.

Absolutely insane. I need to rent that and watch it with the VMPS.

Any of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and my new reference is the first 20 minutes of The Matador, a couple of scenes make you jump out of your seat the sound is so good.
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

    I Robot?

Any opening scene from Bond movies is good for demos. Usually only 5-10 minutes long, full of action and explosions.

What else. . . there are a couple good scenes in Any Given Sunday, visually and sonically with the background music.

Oh, and the intro to Superman Returns was awesome. The theme song is great when you pump it up.

Heat has always been a favorite; especially when the **** hits the fan towards the end of the movie.

    LOTR, any of them.

Great call on Matador Billbill, that one did surprise me. And what a surprisingly good movie as well!

You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. This one was a surprise to me....I didn't expect it to put the Super Junior (sub) through it's paces like it did....Casino Royale put the sub into overdrive in some parts as well...The Tannoy's don't get pushed much, but I think I don't have enough power to them yet....

Cables discussion is next. I just got my new cable risers cryogenically frozen and had my speaker cables wrapped in egyptian papyrus and time corrected my whole system for optimal sonics.

Short memory helps in this hobby. That way, we can load Hunt for Red October and cry out "Wow" everytime. Drives the wife nuts!
