Hey, I am not quite sure about how to insert an image into the text of my message. Could somebody please help?

Keep it under a meg, use the 'attach' feature at the bottom of a post, you will browse your local drive for said picture, then upload it to Polk.
You are limited to one attachment per individual post, or you can provide links to a website that is host the picture(s)....Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service. -
