US Quarters

I am collecting US quarters that are going to be completed by 2008.
In the east coast, most quarters I have seen are from Philadelphia (P), and in the west coast, they are from Denver (D).

I am collecting two sets of P quaters with a hope that later I can trade one for a D set.


I am wondering if anyone is doing the same thing or it is just me?...

    My aunt started collecting the 2 of each set(d&p's) for my boys before she passed away in sept. of last year. I'd like to finish them, but it is going to be really hard as every quarter I get pretty much goes to bills. Maybe one day I'll be able to but for right now it's on hold.

    Dudeinaroom, sorry to hear that. It was very nice of your aunt.

    It is hard to find Denver quarters for me... I understand your aunt would be very patient to collect 4 sets for your kids. Hopefully, you will be able to finish them, somedays...

    Nope, I don't. I coin collected when I was a kid, still have'em too. Bills with red ink on them, lots of all silver-dollars and halfs, lots of coinage but no desire to ever start collecting again. Now,
    If...
    Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
    Ron loves a film = don't even rent.
