Taking into consideration some suggestions from other members, I've decided to just back off on home audio for a little while until I'm in a more suited home. I won't be getting out of it completely... simply taking it a notch down and mixing things up a bit for the next time around. It's been a great experience, and I'm not going anywhere.

1) Sunfire Cinema Grand 200~5 Amplifier. Bought this off the 'gon a few months ago. It was described as an 8/10 condition, but I feel it's more like a 7/10. Has some discoloration, and the bulb is burnt out. That being said, it functions perfectly. I don't think I've ever seen one of these sell for under $900 + shipping. I paid $1070 shipped for it. $OLD.

2) Polk Audio LSi9s in Ebony. Purchased these brand new 2 months ago. I caused a tiny chip in one of them, but other than that they're perfect. I'll try to get pics of them. 8/10 VERY conservatively. Have original box and literature, as well as rubber feet (still in package) Would like to get $600 shipped for these.

3) Polk LSiC Center Channel. Purchased used on Audiogon for $350 + shipping. 7/10 conservative. A little damage on the back, but looks great on the front. Again, will try to get pics if someone's interested. $340 shipped for this.

Please add 3% for Paypal fees if paying via this method. Thanks!

Very fair prices! Good luck with your sale.

Make sure to keep something nice around for some tunes these next few months. Just because people suggest not to go into debt over audio gear doesn't mean you have to TOTALLY deprive yourself :)

Whomever was on the Forum asking about the best $2000 CDN system with bookshelves should jump on some of Dane's gear fast!!!
Stereo Rig: Hales Revelation 3, Musical Fidelity CD-Pre 24, Forte Model 3 amp, Lexicon RT-10 SACD, MMF-5 w/speedbox, Forte Model 2 Phono Pre, Cardas Crosslink, APC H15, URC MX-950, Lovan Stand

I'm afraid the HSU is not for sale. :) It will be sticking with me through the changeover.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I too feel the prices are rather fair, priced specially for CP. I haven't quite decided what will be replacing them, but I'll be sure to post when it gets reconfigured. :)

I thought you were getting ready to drop another 2 grand on more stuff? And now you are selling low? Anyway, hi to a fellow Minnesotan and I'll check info on your amp if it lasts more than 5 minutes. Mike (Austin is hometown)

And you wouldn't have to worry about shipping, which would knock a little off the price. :) C'mon Bill, I take all major Credit Cards via paypal. ;)

Yeah, I can take a check. Item won't ship until check clears though, which could be a week if it's a personal. Certified would probably process more quickly.

Mr. Rivera, you have a PM. I'll try to get pics up of everything in the next day or two, including the amp. If the sale falls through, you'll have that to make your decision.

Thanks, and good luck on the Acurus! Another solid 5 channel amp.

All right guys, if I don't turn these Polks by the end of the weekend, I'm going to withdraw the rest of the listing, and just buy a different amp. The intentions were there, but after plugging numbers, I won't have enough $ left over after getting the Epos' to be very beneficial anyway. I'd pretty much be losing money and stepping in down in quality with nothing to show for it. :\

All right, well these still need to be sold, as I've elected not to keep them for a 2-channel rig. I can bring this to Chicago CP Fest to spare any interested parties shipping costs.

$880 for all three delivered to Chicago CP Fest.

    -or-

$570 delivered for LSi9s, and $320 delivered for LSiC.

All right guys, feel I gave fair time for a CP member to snag em, so they're up on eBay. $9.99 with no reserve. Search dane_peterson.

Shipped price is listed above in the first post. Please include 3% for PayPal fees if paying that way. I'd also prefer to keep the listing going if I get any bids, so I don't have to upset bidders by removing the listing. So if you're interested, please act fast.

Edit: I do have a bid already, but I will remove the listing if asking price is exceeded by $20. This ad was up for well over a week, so I really should give eBay bidders their turn.

$600 shipped or $570 shipped? By shipped, I assume you mean you pay? I'll be driving thru Burnsville on June 8 on the way to boundary waters and some serious bass fishing.

$600 shipped is including shipping, $570 was local pick-up.

As for June 8th, if you pay for them now, that's fine. Otherwise I'll let the auctions run through. Let me know guys.
