Listed as SDA-SRS but pics show 1.2TL boxes and the Bass Brace. I assume they are 1.2TL's as states has SL3000 tweeters. Interconnect cable, floor spikes, manual, bass brace and boxes appear to be included as in pics.

Listed 4 hours ago, in Jacksonville, Florida. Opening bid $1,400. No bids yet. No buy it now price. Says they have a few dings and need recovering, though no tears in grills.

Edit: Received reply from seller whom states the manual and box that came with them say 1.2TL and he is the original owner. No chips or cracks on cabinets but grills could use recovering.

    Is $1400 a good price for these. I know these are good speakers, but I am not an expert. What is the going price for a pair of SDA 1.2TL speakers.

    The seller's feedback is active over the past three months. He listed his phone number in the questions area and says it's ok to come see them. Looks ok to me.

    Sal, if you dig a little deeper into his feedback, you'll realize that 2 of the 3 negs are complete BS and were from the same person, although using different ID's. They registered on the same day in 2003, but have only one feedback each, a neg from this seller in response to theirs.

    The seller has posted his phone number, has offered to have them inspected before the end of the auction and will allow pick up after. I don't see this as any sort of scam. Of course, he'd probably get more bids and therefore more money if he posted pics.

    Maybe I need a new drug. The drivers and xo plate look excellent. White outgassing on the cones can usually be removed with windex sprayed on a q-tip and some gentle wipes.

    WAY better than average. I'd give my left **** for the condition those xo plates are in. So many of these came in one-off colors it's sick.

    No need to change a driver for having a wrinckled dust cup. Thos drivers look VERY good.

    There once was one that sat on a peach;
    and one day some SDA's came within reach;
    he called out to all Polkie's within reach;
    but they were already listening at the beach.

    I don't see anything really wrong with those caps except for the white stuff , which as Steve stated, comes off with Windex. I'm with Russ, chill out on this guy.
