I would put Roberto Alamar at second and add Nolan Ryan.

I'm gonna put Babe at first base, I agree with Roberto at second, maybe Pudge at catcher, then I'm gonna add Mantle to Bonds and Mays to round out the outfield.

Griffey was well on his way before his injuries. Would love to find someone to take Rodriguez's spot, but Ozzie doesn't hit as well and Cal probably doesn't field as well.

    Put Koufax in the rotation.

damn, totally forgot about Cobb and Ted Williams. I'm such an idiot. How about some Honus Wagner love.

Great list. I am sure everyone has names to add. Mine would be Bob Gibson and Stan Musial(probably more deserving than Lou Gehrig.). Yes, I am a Cardinals fan.

The '55 Brooklyn Dodger line-up IS the greatest line-up of all-time. Number 32 did pitch for the Brooklyn Dodgers, but didn't come into his own until they went to L.A. The greatest lefty of all-time.

Reese, Robinson, Snider, Hodges, Furillo, Campanella..........it don't get any better. Some **** will come up with a shitbag Yankee line-up. They will be wrong.

    Eff the Yankees.

I dunno, Jeter/Ripken....could go either way. Mark Belanger was a pretty fair SS as well.

Hell, it's tough to nail down one lineup.

The Yankees are pure evil. I'd rather have a sister working in a New Orleans **** house than a brother who played for the Jack booted, Waffen SS scumbag Yankees.

ARod over Jeter easily. He is still a SS in my mind. Jeter has had the privelege of playing for the Yankees his whole career. And its hard for me to admit that, because I dislike ARod as much as is possible.

I'd also say Pudge at C

And its a shame that a large part of his career was played in Japan, and therefore will be completely dismissed by American sports writers, but by the time his career is over, I truly think Ichiro should be considered one of the best outfielders ever. I know I'll get a ton of flak for that, but I stand behind these words. He is simply amazing.
