Probably my favorite affordable 12ax7 and tough to find. Low mileage, great sounding

    Also, I got a pair of Groove Tube 6DJ8's...

    20 bucks, shipped, for the pair.

    These are all low/no mileage tubes.

    I just ordered some EH this morning. damn it.. i didn't look here first. oh well. and I already have some groove tubes (12AX7-R) which I just found out today are a bit to bright. but if anyone has some Amperex Bugle Boys laying around taking up dust. then i'd be interested. ;)

    The EH 12AX7's I ordered arrived today.. gave them a brief warm up before listening to some tunes.. very nice.. not as harsh or grainy on the highs.. me likey so far. :D
