    I had to laugh when I saw it. What are you going to do with 1 sq. in. of land that you can't do anything with anyways.

    In Chugwater, WY you can receive free property in town if you agree to build a home and live in it for five years with your family, if memory serves. If you work from home it's a great deal as Wyoming has no income tax, property taxes are dirt cheap. Plus, you don't have to drive to attend the annual Chugwater Chili Festival. What a deal!
