Wow a 90+ hour week including a 13 hour day on Easter. I am actually looking forward to mowing the lawn today.

Its a beautiful spring day, the sun is out, the family is healthy, and I am happy to be in the USA.

2 frozen burritos in the micro and Deep Purple on the Polks. Yeah...Good times:)

Happy Tax day

You had a long week? My trip to Phoenix this week took a year or more off my life. The trip from Jersey to Phoenix was about 6.5 hours, cause enroute I had to air refuel B-1 bombers for 3 straight hours. STUDENT pilots in B-1 bombers at that. The forward edge of the pilots windscreen is 18" aft of the B-1 A/R receptacle. Not bad in the daytime when depth perception isn't a problem, but the night missions are killer. Tuesday - Thursday all the missions were over 5 hours long, again with 3 hours of A/R time against students. Friday's ride home was only 4.2 and we had no scheduled A/R.

Try flying in a commercial jetliner for over 4.0 hours, five days in a row and tell me your **** isn't kicked when you're through.

I'm getting MUCH too old for this ****.

After 30+ years of this stuff, you would be too TonyB. I am close, but that's a whole thread to itself.

The only uplifting part of this trip was the locale. We stayed at the Mission Palms in Tempe, a five minute walk from the ASU campus. Walk out the front lobby of the hotel and you're in the groovey little downtown area with all the shops and stuff. BABE CENTRAL! The campus wildlife was absolutely overwhelming, tempered however by the fact that everytime I saw something special, I envisioned some 55 year old lecher eyeballing my Stephie. Further tempered by the fact that the only things left on my body that actually operate properly are my hair, fingernails, and nose.

It's raining it's **** off and windy here.

With that...I just got back from the gym after destroying my legs. Had a killer meal to feed the machine and am off to the club to do a photoshoot with a little cutie! I even have off a vacation day tomorrow.

    It's a great day!

George, just retire man! Sit back, listen to the Amazings with a glass of your favorite hooch in hand.

Clear and sunny here, heading to the low 80's. My project today is to patch the pool filter elements, and try to get another year or tow out of it before I have to pop for a new one.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

We are getting destroyed up here. Predicting a few inches of rain and real bad winds for a couple days. Had to police the yard yesterday for anything that could become airborne. I wish my charming wife, the former Theresa Talamonti, could grasp that concept. All the stuff I have to move is her yard/gardening playthings. The family room is nothing but big Andersen windows facing the backyard. You'd think she could break the code on that.
