Radio Shack analog/digital converter Karma

I have a BNIB Radio Shack Analog/Digital converter. This device allows you to convert an analog signal to Toslink and alllows composite video to convert to S-video. I don't know why I have it, but I don't need it. Radio Shack part number 15-1242.
