Two questions, out of curiousity and some possible gear interest:

Question numero uno: Why are you selling all this great gear? And/or, what's in store for you next?

Question numero dos: Are you selling your B&K gear, too, or just the speakers?

    Good luck with your sale!

I am considering selling the 200.5 and the Ref 50. I am considering just a 2 channel setup. I have in addition to this equipment a 2 channel B&K amp and a B&K PT3 2 channel preamp. I don't really use this equipment to it's full potential. I don't use the 5.1 setup as much as I listen to just 2 channel.
Who ever gets this stuff is getting a great deal.
    Thanks!!

Lets see I have been a member of this forum since October of 2006. I did make a few posts that added to my post count. I am willing to admit that. I however did not know that you have to post on this board to be and active member???

If you would like me to delete my post I will. I do not want to upset the Polk community. I thought that I would offer up some product that I have to some of members here for an exceptional deal. If that is so wrong than I am sorry.

No pal...it's not wrong to offer gear up at a deal, just very suspect when your 26 th post is a for sale ad.See,we get alot of that around here so excuse us if we are....well...troubled by your post.We like people to build a reputation here so we know who we are dealing with, thats all, nothing personal.Still up to any members better judgement to deal with you.So if your responce is limited to your ad,you'll know why.

The fact of the matter "if" anyone on this board purchases something and then raves about the transaction after that I am sure that will be enough for the Polk community to allow me to be "one of there own".

I appreciate the kind words by all. I am sorry that I do not live and breathe on this board. Again I don't think that you have to have post count in the thousands to be an active member of any forum or board.

No, you just have to contribute. Quality posts, not quantity. If you had chimed in with 23 solid posts over the last five months, probably wouldn't be a big deal to post a couple quickly comments and then put up your "for sale" sign.

I'm sure someone will buy your stuff, it will go smoothly, and everyone will rejoice. But, we have to at least watch out for people that spam, sell, and scam. Plus, these are expensive speakers, not just a $30 cable or something where no one could get burned bad.

Not really, you might just be missing the point that badly.

I was merely pointing out a fact for folks who may be looking to purchase from this seller, and that's to be a little extra cautious since the Oct. 2006 is very deceiving.

All of his posts have had absolutely no interaction with other members, just pad posts so something can be sold. He admitted that, which is actually pretty commendable.

It doesn't make him a bad guy or anything of the like. Some new folks have had hiccups in the past and turned out to be great members. Seems like he's taking it well so far, and I think he sees the point that was being. Hasn't gotten belligerent at all, even with some piling on.
