Whats up guys, quick question.
Will 500 watts for the SR124DVC be too little? I'm curious if it'll work better with the c500.1 instead of the MM2124DVC
Thanks in advance!

The 500.1 would be a better match for the SR124DVC.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

awesome, thanks!
I was just thinking, is it still normal to bi amp a sub like the sr124dvc? I was thinking that if 2 c500.1 were used (1 for each coil) you'd get exactly 700 watts. This won't be practical for me because that'd require too much room, but i'm just curious. -
You are better off getting another amp that will provide more power, instead of trying to do it that way.Alpine: CDA-7949

ok, thanks.
I wish polk made more than 3 amps... or I at least wish they had one(s) that better suits their subs. -
Nothing wrong with running equipment from different manufacturers. I go with what fits my particular needs.Alpine: CDA-7949

lol, i know, I've had that throw at me before.
I was looking at the JL 1000/1, Kicker 1500 watt amp, Clif design, Alpine PDX-1.1000 and some Rockford stuff. But there are a few problems. With the rack i'm building, they wont all line up nicely next to each other. They're either too long/big or will use too much power. Plus I have already bought the amps. And i know this shouldnt be my main concern, but i also like the way these look -
if your worried about asthetics just have the ther amp hidden in the amp rack. That way all you see is the polk stuff. But, if you did not use them take them back and find something that will suit your installation needs better.Car Audio System:
