I have been offline since December. I ordered Comcast High Speed Internet on December 28, 2006, It was installed TODAY. What Service! They really do care about us and their High Quality Commitment to service. I want a Discount for having to wait for so long for a simple install.

Don't they allow you install it yourself? I have Charter and have always installed everything myself, cable box, modem etc.,no wait, and they don't get to touch ANY of my gear.

I installed mine myself, but if I had to wait four months for any service, I'd tell them to KMA.My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
