    Why not consider the Modwright that Gaara is selling. I think it would do well on those Tylers as it is quite neutral and detailed. Just a suggestion.

    I thought Trey had one ordered and was 2-3 months away from delivery??

    I'd really like to try one someday....maybe I should stop by Klaus' shop and get him to let me demo one and in return, I'll do a review for him.

    Klaus is backordered like... 4 months.

    Im not about to shell out cash and wait that long for a preamp.

    For some reason, my biggest thing in audio was dropping that extra buck on a preamp. I think it goes back to my Dad. But I have always invested alot more into my amps than my preamp. However a preowned Tempest is no slouch, a Tempest extreme runs 1500 without a remote. So, shall be fun.

    But I was "in line" - but Klaus is not the king of communication. That is for sure.

    Why am I sticking with Odyssey?

    I like matching gear. And their quality is outside this world, extremely overbuilt in everyway.

    Klaus said mine will be getting built in 3 weeks or so...
