My first post, and it's one of those annoying "help me" posts.

I was watching The Bride trying to escape her coffin, and the music seemed familiar. I'm guessing it's from a classic spaghetti western, but I'm not sure. Anyone know the source, or the name of the piece? Aren't you glad I'm digging up fluff from years ago? :)

Welcome TM. Why don't you go to the credits & look up the names of the music they played?

Thanks for your response, cfrizz. It's not a big deal. I was hoping for one of those Tarantino experts to appear. It's always wise to bet on the collective wisdom of Polkies.

The next time I'm in the city, I'll just grab the soundtrack.

Ive found all kinds of obscure songs like the song playing during the car chase in Bourne Identity or the instrumental playing right before the end credits on Underworld 2. None of these were listed on the soundtracks or credits but thats what search engines were made for. I just used Ask.com and tried several different ways of wording the questions and browsing thru websites and eventually found them. Unlikely youll find the name right off but dig around a little and you will! ;)

Adapted theme from 1964's spaghetti western "Fistfull of Dollars". Clint Eastwood & Sergio Leone. Good stuff!

Or it could actually be from "For a Few Dollars More", theme by Ennio Morricone. Same crew; Eastwood & Leone.
