They are nice, but the plate amps are prone to go bad, schematics aren't easy to come by, and the voltage on the plate amp is dangerous.... so unless you can hear it, or have a good cheap tech nearby who can work on the plate amp.... I'd pass....

But as a product its awesome!

no Dan it is twice as good. They have a pair of 1200w torrids in them and are 100wpc of PURE Class A power.... Needs 220v volt because you cannot pull the amount of current from 20 amp 110v line

Gryphon is good stuff but this one looks BEAT UP.

Not sure if I would trust the paper label near the IEC socket that says "110 VAC" even though the manufacturer's metal label says 220 V. :s

yea I missed that 15 amp IEC socket as well. Still if it has dual stacked 1200 watt torrids makes one wonder. correct me but isn't max 1500 watts through a 15 amp and 2400 through a 20amp. Well then you would need a 30 amp which would be 220 no ? So yes this was made for 230v and 50hz Denmark.

still strange it has a 15amp IEC
