Good deal on Marantz DV 9500?

A local electronics store has one Marantz DV 9500 Universal Player left and it is on sale for $1049. Any thoughts on if this is a good deal? I've heard good things about this player and am on the fence as to whether I should buy it or not. Some help would be appreciated, especially from anyone who currently has one.
