The specs look decent, except the headroom is lacking.

That's not uncommon for 75% of amplifiers on the market.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

You don't need a whole lot damping at 1Khz. I'd rather see it spec'd at 100Hz or lower. THD is super low, probably a TON of negative feedback in the circuit to get it down that low, which is not a good thing.Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

Well, this is an old vintage 1985 Yamaha M-40 I picked up today for $100.00 bucks (plus $35.00 shipping).. Figured I really couldnt go wrong. Just wanted to know what a few people thought about it. Thanks for the replies.
