need real world price on a pair of Infinity Kappa 8.1 speakers

My friend is looking at a pair of Infinity Kappa 8.1's for sale locally. the seller is asking $900 for the pair. I am not familiar with these speakers.. if somone out there can give me some idea what these would go for... in a near mint condition, it would be appreciated.

I am not looking for bluebook price.. i'm looking for real world price. There is only one pair on Ebay... with is currently @ $305 which to me seems more realistic.

Audiogon has a pair for $1000 mint. I have seen them between $500 and $700 for good condition.
