New member with polk monitor 11 seeking advise for surround sound speakers

I have just switched from prologic to dolby digital 7.1. I am currently using an onkyo sr573 receiver,polk monitor 11 as front speakers(11 very similar to 10) and a sony wa700 sub. I would like to find some surround speakers that match the monitor 11 sound. How about the m20 or r30/300? CSM center? M10? I almost forgot my 11's have the pearless tweeters.

    To answer question you could use any monitor with peerless tweeter ie monitor 7 or 5..

    Those do look just like mine. I am hoping to find newer speakers vs playing the waiting game on ebay. Heres a pic of one of mine.

    JT nailed it. Don't worry, you won't have to wait long, there are usually plenty 5's and 7's available.

    4a's with peerless would probably be your best bet on surround speakers, they are not heavy and can be mounted just about anywhere a surround can be mounted. As for center channel, I just built my own.

    jakelm how did you build the center? I understand if you don't want to give away your secrets. btw my post count is to low to pm you.

    I went speakers shopping today and was a bit disapointed. Nothing matched the sound of my 11's so I settled for a pair of the insignia wonder speakers. I think these will do well for everything but the center,the voices just aren't as deep as the 11's.

    Thank you Tube. It was accually pretty simple. Bought the mw6503's from Polk. Found the Peerless and crossover on ebay. Bought the box from PE (unported). A jig saw and I was done.

    I was surprized myself to find out how close of a tember match it came to my 7b's

    stick with the 4,5,or 7s they will match in timber quite well you can get any of them if you need a set of cow eyes first model after the peerless. Thought I was getting the black domes oh well cant win them all but
