I go into the store this weekend to ask when they are going to start renting HD DVD or Blue Ray and the manager and I get into a discussion after he tells me that their corporate office heads are telling them to get ready to sell HD DVD and that Blue Ray is on it's way out.Anyone hear anything remotely close to this anywhere and what's the chance that these stores do know a little more than we do about this?He told me he's so sure of it that he sold his BR player before he couldn't.

Funny... my cousin's son said HD Dvd is out for sure and BR won the format battle, I get home look on the internets, find nothing and say to myself "ah well, you shouldve known better than not to trust yourself!"

So if this happens then hd dvd's will sell for dirt cheap.Hmmmmmmm! Looks like I'll keep my hd player anyway.
