My sub is receiving CB radio!

Hey guys. I have a PSW12 thats pulling in CB radio transmissions on a regular basis, even when my amp is off. Why is this happening and how do I stop it? It's creeping my out at night.

call fcc, you got a neighbor that is most likely way over the 4 watt legal limit for c.b. use. If he is using enough power for you to hear it through your sub even when it is off he is also using enough power to fry your T.V. and other electronics.
