Just for **** and giggles, I decided to run some sine wave from 160-16hz to see these speaker's true response in my room. I'm pretty impressed. I'll try to attach the spreadsheet, but it maybe too large. MV @-20 ( I didn't want to risk the speakers by getting the coils to warm), this is FR only not max output. Running 2 channel direct, no sub. The numbers below are uncorrected.

160hz - 81db
142hz - 81db
125hz - 96db
111hz - 92db
100hz - 92db
89hz - 92db
80hz - 92db
71hz - 88db
63hz - 83db
56hz - 77db
50hz - 72db
45hz - 74db
40hz - 80db
36hz - 87db
31.5hz - 88db
28hz - 83db
25hz - 92db
22hz - 79db
20hz - 76db
18hz - 73db
16hz - 70db

Obviously, my room could use some treatments, but the rolloff at ~ 30hz is mitigated by some room gain and perhaps resonance for the big peak at 25. Bass was clearly audible, though faint, down to 18hz.

These guys can put out the bass, not to SVS levels, but for most music applications it's plenty and very tight.

I'd be curious to see charts on the big boys, 1.2s and 2.3s.

Ok managed to get a partial attachment of the graph, but the corrected numbers are cutoff.
