in the manual it says there is an option on the crossover to bypass the hpf on the midbass drivers. where is this switch, and/or must i wire them differently to do this?

If youre talking about the MMC6500, its a switch on the crossover itself. Flip it to ON.

Doing this does NOT remove the high pass filter, but rather removes the low pass filter so that the mid range is playing full range.

yea, its the mmc6500's. i don't see this switch....the crossover has the DUAL, SINGLE mode switch, and the -6, -3, 0db switch also. i see nothing to lead me believe that there is another...is it hidden? or something? lol. sorry, i was just looking at the manual for the frequency response and happened across this which made me curious.
