Well i do have those:p I see that this thing is 16 years old though...

Darla, don't let the age sway you. I have a preamp that is almost 25 years old and would put it up against any new or newer preamp from let's say the $5K down.

Lot's of chatter about the Krell. The KSL is a very high quality, well engineered pre-amp. Simple in appearance and operation, neutral and true to the source material. This is a solid state device that is uncolored in anyway. It sounds great with vinyl as it reproduces the sound very nicely. It has the capability for both MM and MC cartridges (dip switches). The thing I like about it is the balanced inputs (2) and output. If you are considering a high end CDP with balanced outputs, and are using a MC cartridge on your vinyl rig, you can't beat the quality and performance for this price! The unit comes with original packing materials, box, manual and Dan even has the receipt.

    Ed, flip that Sunfire:D

    Thanks for all the interest!

This is a classic example of why you shouldn't discount SS pre-amps.

    Great grab Esavinon :)
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
