I'm trying to replace the existing horn of my 1998 toyota camry V6. I thought it's as easy as opening the hood and replacing the one right in front of the radiator. Wrong! There is another horn located somewhere, hidden on the right fender or somewhere which is not visible. I removed the battery but still could not find it. Please help me find it. Thanks. Sonny

Run down to Autozone and pick you up a Haynes manual for your car. Theyre less than $20 and worth their weight in gold. That will show you where your horn is and how to replace it.

I just did that and it does not mention anything as to where the second horn is located.

Thats odd. Every Haynes manual Ive had has told me where the horn was and how to replace it. Ive swapped em out with air horns a few times and that manual was what I used.

Can you remove the cover inside the fender? It may be held on with poppers.

I noticed that and will try to remove the cover which are secured by screws. I noticed also when I removed the battery that there is a funnel type object coming from inside the fender. Could this be where the sound is coming from/the horn is hidden? I will advz once I remove the cover. Thanks for your patience. Sonny

Found it. It is well hidden behind the fender. Thanks for the tip. Sonny
