I think I did the trial from here. It is on my computer but the free trial is over for me so I couldn't check if this is exactly what I have. If this is it well I guess I probably can't say it but.......just remember that it will run out so do the obvious.

Let me know if this is it.

trueaudio.com has a great frequency generator. You can record any frequency that you want, or just run the program through you computer to test the full spectrum of your speakers.
    Enjoy

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

A little time consuming to download, but it's free!

Not sure if they still have them up, but you could download test tones from this site back in the day. now the link takes you to registration page. I've registered there so no worries about that.

look near the bottom of the page for the link to test tones

if you have a decent computer and a radio shack SPL meter just download room EQ wizard it's far more useful than test tones.
