I got to do some reading guys and searching on the web, I came across step up/step down transformers. I got to do some more reading and guess what, I had two brand new ones with gauge readouts given to me sitting in the closet. I cleaned the dust off of one, plugged it in, plugged my power conditioner in and my entire system seems as if it had been woken up out of a deep sleep. Now instead of running at 100v everything is now at the US voltage spec as it should be since all of my items are from the US. The sound from the amps into my 12s are incredible now, geesh I should have done this a long time ago.

That is awesome! It really is sad that we don't get the true 110v and the effect that it has on our equipment. I have been wanting to get a regulator for a long time, but they sure are pricey... Free is definitely the best price of all.
