Audio Quest star quad with batteries

I just picked up some star quad AQ speaker cables that have batteries in them. Has anyone used these? They were on the display table up front for $50. I can return them if I want... so I figured I would try them:)

I just saw they retail for $475:eek:

and they still have 5 pairs left

    Opened up my sound stage(SDA-SRS), added detail, mids not muddy anymore. I think they are miss labeled.

    The funny thing is 6 months ago I was a firm believer in wires do not make a big diference. Even my GF noticed a big differencce.

    I have the DBS interconnects (Jaguars and Panthers) and I really like them. No doubt they made a difference in my system.

    I would keep them if I was you. If the SRS's sound better to you with them, keep them.
