    Joe,

You don't have to buy the power supply. It comes with a converter that plugs into the wall and converts it to 12 volts or whatever.

I got the price from a Music Direct magazine I received this week.

I'm thinking of getting another tube buffer to put between the preamp and the big Halo A21 power amp just for "kicks".

Makes you wonder about those nuke plants out there:eek: Remember, during the design of most of those old units, we used sliderules:cool:

Oh Lord, sliderules, reminds me of tech school, by the way our first piece of electronics we built back then was a five tube superhetrodyne receiver. That's fancy languange for an old 5 tube AM radio that had a floating ground.

Music Direct has a demo for 275.00, I would jump now while you still can. I got there demo cataloge last week, call them even if they have sold it they might price match it, they did this for me on a turntable piece.

You have to call them, you cannot buy demo over the net.
