Matching center for the R150s
Hi! New here... tried searching but didn't find the answer...
Which would be a better timbre match for the R150: CSi25 or CSR? Honestly, I can't tell what the difference between these two is apart from the CSR costing almost twice as much as the CSi25 on outpost.
Also, if I went with R300 instead of the R150, which would be a better center speaker then? Still the same I presume?

Hi Pete and welcome ...
I am using the R300's as fronts and the R150's as surrounds, with the CSi25 as the center channel. I haven't gotten a chance to do a whole lot of movie watching yet with this setup (only had it for a month or so), but from my listening experience I cannot tell any difference in the sound of the front speakers (front speakers meaning the left + right channel and the center channel). From my listening, I've found that the dialogue and other sound effects are seamless between the left + right and center channel.
I'll provide updates as I get a chance to do some more listening...also need to tweak the crossover settings on my AVR now that I've got the new speakers. My HT
