my 1.2tl's had one driver that took and elbow and another one that i felt with my hand and it wasnt moving as much as the others. i pulled that one and put music directly to it and there was nothing so i replaced those 2 with a pair of 6503's from an old set of monitor 5's that i had. i am wondering what that might do?

I already answered your question yesterday.
BTW, the 1.2TL's use 4 MW6503's and 4 MW6511's. If you had MW6502's in there somebody has been effing around with those speakers.Political Correctness'.........defined

No to muddy the waters anymore but as far as I know the Monitor 5's (especially the older ones) use mw 6502's not mw 6503's. Did you buy the SDA's and Monitors from the same person? Kind of weird they had what was supposed to be the correct drivers reversed.

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it.
