SR subs
new to the forum and an employee @ circuit city.
looking into (2) 10" subwoofers in 1.08 next cubes + .12 woofer displacement for a 1.20 gross volume which is on the larger end of its' sealed rec. size.
-or- (2) 12" subwoofers in 1.06 net cubes + .14 woofer displacement for a 1.20 gross volume which is on the smaller end of its' sealed rec. size.
the 12"s would be punchier cause they are in a small enclosure? and the 10"s would be smoother?
so, in all... what would you recomend in a 2003 vw gti. amp is a kicker 1000.1 mono .
thanks.
