WTB: Sony PSP

My son is in DIRE need of a PSP. I don't know squat about them but i know there are also memory upgrades or whatever that should be taken into account. There are hundreds on the bay but I don't know where to start.
So, if anyone has a very clean PSP with various accesories (or not) for a fair price I might be interested. Thanks,
