See this thread for background (Bought the Jolida only for the price):

Here are my impressions:
-Bada is approx. 1/2 inch higher and one inch longer.
-Cosmetically the BADA wins hands down; it is all aluminum, vs only the face plate for the Jolida; also the finish and silkscreen looks IMO a lot better in the BADA.
-Trey mechanism looks better in the BADA; feels stronger.
-Display size/color also goes for the BADA.
-Remote control: again, BADA; they are similar, both made from aluminum, both heavy. The BADA remote is longer, the Jolida is wider. The BADA remote has rounded edges and is a lot easier to handle, plus buttons seem to be in a more logical place. The Jolida has on/off in the remote, while the BADA does not.
-Sturdiness in general is better on the BADA; the Jolida does not sit flat on the shelf
Sound:
I installed a pair of Ei Elite (not gold) on the Jolida and let it play for approx. four hours; these tubes already had 100-150 hours on them. I hooked both players to different inputs on the preamp, and played tracks aternatively. I know this is not a good A/B. I could not hear any noticeable difference; I have the feeling that the BADA produces a more coherent presentation, but could not pinpoint specific differences.
Not a fair sound comparison, given that the Jolida components still need to break in.
Just based on looks, sturdiness and REMOTE, I will keep the BADA. I will sell the Jolida for a profit in Audiogon.
