I'll bet you can't tell they've been used. I bought them to use at the office, but found out I was too self-conscious wearing over the head phones. I'm going to go back to an in the ear model that is more subtle in appearance. The sound out of these is very good. You can read the reviews yourself. Basically new in the box. $40 shipped.

    One and only bump since many may not venture back to page 4. Gotta be a portable unit in need of upgraded earphones...
