anyone live near Vegas?
I'm just a newbie around here, so I could be wrong, but the seller states these as model M10, and they are certainly NOT M10s of recent vintage looks like monitor 10 to me. no time to go to Vegas to check them out, maybe I'll get some good flea market karma by posting this (unless its junk... don't want to think about what that will bring me

I agree with you... for someone who lives in Vegas, or has the time for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately (in this case) I live near San Francisco, and can't do it... thus the karma hope______________________________________________

How hard is it to clean a lense on a camera... jeeze.
Those look like black studio Monitor 10 series 2 speakers. The series II was made through the early 90's, so they may not be too awful old. My Series II's were dated in 1992.
It's hard to tell, though. What gives the Series II speakers away is their use of a tweeter with a foam diffraction ring around the dome. I can't quite clearly see it, but it appears to be present in those pics....Ludicrous gibs! -
Thanks for the tip. I just might have to pick these up!
