What amp should I buy for my Polk EX12?

I bought a 2000 Camaro last October and it had one Polk EX12 sub in it in a very crappy homemade enclosure. It was being run through an Alpine MRD-1005 Mono Power Amp and a Lightning Audio 1 Farad Capacitor, but water leaked into the hardware on the amp and fried it last December. I finally got around to building a stealth enclosure for the EX12 in the cubby hole in the trunk of the camaro, and now I'm ready to replace the amp, and I don't know what I should buy. I was wondering what the best fit for my setup would be. Any suggestions?
