    The early 80's teams with him, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Robert Parish, Danny Ainge, Cornbread Maxwell, Scott Wedman, Quinn Buckner, Gerald Henderson and Bill Walton et:al were MY team to watch and root for. I have not cared for or watched the NBA much since then.

    Me too. Maybe because that was the last time NBA teams played like, well, teams.
