Hello,
Looking at buying new appliances and ran across this fridge that fits my kitchen nicely. I've heard of them making vacuum cleaners just no large appliances of any kind. What do you guys think, any experiences with them?
http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=APPL&pid=04633353000&cat=Refrigerators&subcat=Side-by-Side+Refrigerators
Thanks,
Mike
EDIT: BTW, Any experiences with BOSCH brand dishwashers and gas stoves? FYI, Sears has a deal going on right now. Buy three appliances over $399 I believe, get 20% cash back. One appliance you get 10%, buy two and get 15%.

My Frigidaire (Sp) fridge is made by Electrolux. Never gave me a problem (only 4 years old)_________________________________________________

Seems like a helluva lot of money for a fridge...Ludicrous gibs!

HT-
Nice to hear. I'd be happy if the fridge gave me no problems in 4 years.
I'm still undecided on the side-by-side frdge?? I really don't need a fridge with a large freezer as that is what my deep freezer is used for, just one large enough to hold your everyday items. I think the bottom freezer ones are the ones that would fit my bill, they are just very rare to come by in a counter-depth version.
Still thinking...

Yes they are!:o
That's the price you pay for stainless, and the one the Wife wants of course!
With the Sears deal going one right now, I can get that fridge for just a tad over 2K.

WOW...hadn't seen the price, and I agree it is way too expensive; you can get SS for a lot less that that...and does your wife know the PITA they are to keep clean? There are many out there that have the SS looks but are easy to maintain, plus a lot cheaper. Do you have a HHgregg close by??

HT-
No, I don't have one of those stores close by?
I understand you can find cheaper ones, just not the ones that we're looking for. We want one that has the stainless wrap, handles, and so forth. Besides, the cheaper ones com in one generic size that we don't want, we need a certain height and depth to fit our kitchen just right.

Modify your kitchen and it will still be cheaper_________________________________________________

I can't argue with the Wife on the prices either.:o
I spent a ton on HT equipment and now it's her turn. Actually, I thought it was a bargain!:)

I actually thought about that... The only thing is we don't have a bunch of counter space so we scratched that idea.

Bosch appliances will generally increase your home's selling potential as long as you're not just putting higher end appliances in a 40 year old kitchen....comment comment comment comment. bitchy.

No, our house was built in '92. The kitchen was recently redone, newer cabinets and granite counter tops which were installed in '02...
That was another thing, I figured the nice shiny stainless would also sell well.

It's a tad expensive, but most Frigidaire or Samsung fridges will be easily 2200. If it's what you like, get it. You aren't getting swindled that's for sure.
Those side by sides are nice. And they should last you for years to come.
The extended plans aren't a terrible idea either, if you have a company that offers them where you buy.
