    I received my albums from my order.

    The packaging was good, the carton made to fit the albums. The order was received promptly. Prior PM communication was good.

    Listened to all five of the albums, they were the VG rated type to a bit above. I did clean each one before playing.

    All the albums were sonically at least VG actually a bit better than that. All of them played through without incident, very few ticks and pops, a couple were warped a bit but not excessively and this is really not unusal for a 3-4 dollar album.

    I did get a couple of gems, well, actually, I enjoyed all of them.

    Thank you nice deal, +1 will be sent to Shack.

    Hey rip off mother ****, I just opened up a case with the United States Post Office Post Master reporting you for mail fraud. Here ya go **** the thing that buried your rip off **** is this Delivery Confirmation Number# 03063030000107194391 which shows that you received that slop you called Mint LPs from me at 12:10 PM March 23, 2007.

    The rep at the post office advised me to made one more attempt to contact you.

    I've been nice up until now.

    Now fuckhead, you will pay me my $75 back in a Postal Money order and contact me by tonight or I will be at the Post Office first thing tomorrow morning, they open at 7:30 AM I'll be there at 7:15 AM, waiting to charge your thieving **** with mail fraud!!!

    I also opened a complaint and claim with Paypal, which they've asked me to try to contact you one more time.

    Well here is my last attempt to contact your lying, thieving ****!!!

    Some people have brass effing balls. He is trying to hold me to an effing PM that **** for brains kept dated March 11th. You saw it. I have been trying to contact this **** face for two months to tell him that I don't want any of his **** "mint" lps and that I want a full refund but he has been ignoring me.

    He is trying to tell me that they are just sticking to what the March 11 PM says. Needless to say I ripped he two new ones and made it clear that I am going to the PO tomorrow to press this issue if they don't make good on my $75.

    That is a short version. . . I'm effing exhausted between Nanny passing and this **** still trying to screw me!~!! ARRRRGGGHHHH I wish he lived close by. . .

    Seems that way cause he is throwing this woman Dee under the bus and doesn't seem to have the balls to contact me. On top of being a thief he's a coward too. I can't tell you how many PMs I've sent him many of which were rejected cause his PM box was full. The last one he responded to was March 11th.

    Here is an email reply I received from this him again:
    Hello joe Im calling paypal i cant deal with this I will let you know what they say I dont see why a refund to your paypal account is a problem because this is how you sent the money

    this is getting childish and out of hand on your end . you could have emailed to me asking about this sooner since ron has the funds sent to my account your abuse to me could have been avioded

    My reply:
    No it is not childish.. I didn’t know I could contact you like this. I took at last gasp try using this email account when I was looking through my receipts and followed the Post Master’s advise to try to contact you one last time.. What should have happened was Ron responding to my correspondence for the past month and a half so that I could send the last two records back and get a full refund. I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL! Why isn’t Ron contacting me here?

    Put yourself in my shoes before getting on your high horse and calling this childish . For two months I’ve been trying to contact Ron to get a full refund. I sent him records back over a month and a half ago. HE HAS NEVER CONTACTED ME.

    How dare you say I am being childish when Ron has made it clear that he is ripping me off!!! I am not abusing you. As far I know you and Ron are in this together. I AM THE VICTIM AND PERSON BEING ABUSED HERE. You people have stolen money from me and now you want to tell me it is my fault, HOW DARE YOU!!!

    One more chance. Send me my refund of $75 in a Postal Money order. When I get it, I will send back the two crap LPs he charged me
    $40 for used lousy records he had the nerve to sell me for what it would have cost me for four new records at any web retail store.


    I went to the PO and had them file the complaint I filled out Thursday. I was told that if things change to let them know. The fellow at the PO was really cool and told me that the Postal Police love this kinda of stuff cause they get to also charge their investigation to the offender.

    happy I read all the way through before I pmed. If a polkie want a record PM me there is a place about 45 min fom me the guy has a decent amount of records most of them a buck, send me a list and when I go down there I will keep an eye out. I have not seen any there over 25 buck

    I think she may have you confused with me. I paid via paypal, when my albums did not show for weeks I wrote her a no nonsense e-mail through the board link, my albums showed a few days later, so I think she thinks you are me, I think, do you think it could be.

    I spoke with her last night, she is really a nice woman and is stuck in the middle of this business. Ron hadn't been looking at this site for two months and somehow that is my fault??? I've negotiated this out, the part concerning the records I sent back was a mistake on her part and is being rectified.

    They haven't. Things have worked out between me and the woman whose email address Ron hides behind.

    She is an honest person who made an honest mistake. He is EXACTLY what others have been saying about him from the first time he tried hawking his crap here. :mad: I don't want to get into this here because he may flip-flop on me and not have the agreement that me and Dee made last night go through.
