Need Tube Power
Systems
Posts: 14,873
I'm looking for a set of monoblocks or a nice 2 channel stereo tube amp. Power should be in the 60w-100w per channel range. A tube preamp would also be nice but I can find that in a seperate sale if nessesary.
Thanks,
Chuck

Keep in mind, virtually all tube amps run at least twice as powerful as SS units. With that in mind, you can get the Onix SP3 for as little as $699 from AV123.com with a 3 year warranty.Review Site_ (((AudioPursuit)))

The price range is Not really going all out. If that were the case I'd NOT have a price range. Being single again (my choice mind you) I'm able to begin to afford the equipment I once enjoyed. Hell fire...for the cost of sending the ex and step-daughter to the spa/salon for 2 weekends a month I can afford a new piece of equipment every month. I never understood HOW a haircut, manicure and pedicure could cost almost $250??????????????.....EACH!!!!!Testing

I believe they prefer to think of it as "modded gear". In that sense, I suppose I can see where they're coming from:DI never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore -
