Where to buy Polk Audio AMR-SW subwoofer voltage converter

Someone gave me a Polk Audio AMR-SW subwoofer but they did not provide a voltage converter, so I am not able to power up my subwoofer:(
Can someone tell me where i can buy a 16 volt voltage converter for my subwoofer? I do not like those multiple converter.. Just a simple inexpensive one that dose the job !
I live in singapore.. hopefully i can find a dealer in singapore if not... somewhere convenient online??
