Anybody running one of these? If so what kind of watts and how's the sound?

i just ordered 2 of them and a plk 500.1 to power each. my shop manager just ordered 2 sr124dvc's and were supose to put them on a kkr 10001 today

how do you 10's sound compared to your managers 12's? also, what car are each of them in?

first we put my managers 2 12"s on the kkr 10001 on the sound wall hooked up at 1ohm and that didnt turn out too good bc it just would shut off when we tried to turn it up and he dosent have them in his taho yet bc he dosent have his amps yet. iv got 2 dvc 10's with a 500.1 on each. iv got a red top under the hood and just got another red top to go in the trunk. iv got 0 gauge to 4 gauge grounds and 4 gauge power all the way around an a 1.2 farad cap and im runing between 13-14 volts when its turned down and as low a 10.5 when i crank it up. im hoping when i put 0 gauge to 4 gauge power, a 5 farad cap, and hook up that 2nd red top that it will fix my voltage problem. it slams even with that low of power and they are extremely responsive and clear. they also hit low notes very well. my car is a 2000 v6 accord

thanks for the review, i am kinda "forced" to go with the 10's. i have always had 12's but the 2 12's wont fit in my spare tire well side by side. going to run the SVC models, parallel to a kkr1000.1 in about 2.3-2.5 cubs total.

Unless youre comparing them A/B side by side, the difference is not going to be major and I highly doubt youll be able to tell a difference at all between the 10's and the 12's you used to have.
